Quality policy

The senior management of the company have declared the Quality Policy which is derived from the overall basic strategy of the organisation. The long term objective of the Quality System is the successful and permanent application of our assortment of products for clients with the highest demands for technical, user and ecological parameters and for technical, trade-technical and client service during the sale. The criterion for evaluation of the demands of clients should be a standard on the markets of the European Union.

For the achievement of this objective our activities are derived from the Quality Policy which is based on the following principles:

Our Quality System is directed to the prevention and permanent monitoring of the production process. We consider all possible reasons for defects and we remove them in advance.

We try to understand all requirements of our clients, cooperate with them for the exact definition of requirements for the quality of delivered products while considering our production possibilities and the possibilities for our suppliers.

We never promise anything which we could not fulfil.

The standard of our quality is "zero defective product". Everybody understands how to perform the work, knows the necessary standards and performs everything correctly at the first attempt.

We behave with respect to our clients and to ourselves.

We try to permanently improve our products.

During the development of new products and the use of new technologies we use the latest knowledge and trends.

We orientate to high quality raw materials.

During selection of raw materials and production technologies we prefer environmental and ecological viewpoints.
