Environmental policy

STOMIX, spol. s r. o., is a supplier of materials for finishing work in the building industry. It produces and delivers outdoor thermal insulation contact systems, renders, facade and interior paints, materials for the rehabilitation and protection of concrete, binding and levelling cements, penetration varnish and basic paints. 
The ensuring of the high level of quality and protection of the environment during production, sale and processing of our products is considered as a priority for the achievement of success and the prosperity of our company and the increase in competitiveness on both domestic and foreign markets.
Our objective is to contribute to the effort for the preservation of the natural environment and recoverable resources for future generations. 

The senior management of STOMIX, spol. s. r. o. decided to declare in the interest of increasing and improving the level of control of the protection of environment in accordance with strategic plans and objectives of the company, this environmental policy:

• To consistently keep all obligations resulting from legal and other requirements related to the protection of the environment.
• To pay permanent attention to the issue of effective use of natural resources and energy.
• To enforce the principles of the environment and environmental management at our contractual partners and to prefer such contractual partners who apply the same principles.
• To use such materials and technologies during the development, production and processing of products which enable us to process secondary raw materials and energy saving.
• To permanently improve the implemented activities and working conditions for our employees so as to minimize their negative impact on the environment, safety and hygiene at work.
• To prevent by consistent prevention, accidents and situations whose consequences could have a negative influence on the environment and the health of our employees.
• To use and improve the system of education for employees for the increase of their environmental knowledge, professional knowledge and responsibility for the protection of the environment.
• The senior management of STOMIX, spol. s r.o. undertakes to ensure respective resources for environmental management and to create conditions enabling the support and fulfilment of this environmental policy.

The senior management of the company expects from its employees, within their competences and responsibilities, an active contribution to the permanent fulfilment principles of the declared environmental policy and the improvement of the protection of the environment.
