PRAGUE – Among the 150 individuals from the Czech construction industry to be found at Prague’s Olympik Artemis hotel on 4 March were architects, designers, building suppliers, developers, building materials manufacturers, public representatives and university representatives. The topic of Sustainable Development was looked at from a number of different angles.

PRAGUE – Managing Director, Bořivoj Minář, took away an award at the ‘CZECH 100 BEST’ results ceremony. The aim of the ‘Czech 100 Best’ survey is to discover and reward companies who have achieved exceptional results in their field. A panel of experts use their personal experiences during the nomination process, obtained both on a professional level but also to a lesser extent from private contacts with various businesses.

PRAGUE - The biggest Czech producer of contact heat cladding systems scored in the category for production plants up to one hundred employees.Stomix has won the Best producer of building materials in 2008 as one of three companies. The first year was held under the sponsorship of the Association of Building Entrepreneurs of the Czech Republic, Department of Trade and Industry and ÚRS Praha, a.s. Stomix scored in competition of approximately one hundred companies.
